Ghee

Our Ghee an organically sourced clarified butter, and it not only tastes great, but can be a healthy addition to your diet. Ghee provides a source of vitamins A, D, E and K, and aids in the body’s absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and minerals from other foods, so by cooking or eating vegetables or other healthy foods along with ghee, your body may have access to more of their nutrients. Ghee also tastes good, so it can make some of those healthy but potentially unappetizing foods more palatable.  It may also help soothe inflammation.

Ghee is incredibly versatile. Along with its buttery taste, ghee has a distinct roasted, nutty, fragrance. It’s an easy, tasty swap for butter or olive oil in the sauté pan; try ghee for frying eggs, buttering bread, or as a sub in recipes. It has a high heat point, so it’s perfect for cooking where olive oils can’t.

Ghee is also a viable alternative for most who are dairy-free, as it contains only trace amounts of milk sugars (lactose) and proteins (casein). Ghee is a wonderful substitute for your daily store-bought butter.
